Gov. Radda Visits Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina, Extends Support to Patients

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, today conducted an extensive ward-to-ward visit at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina, where he personally assessed patient care and extended support to those receiving medical treatments.
During the visit, Governor Radda paid special attention to nine female kidnapping victims who were recently admitted for medical attention. The Governor further sympathized with one of the victims of kindapping who delivered a baby at the camp and issuing directives for their comprehensive medical examination and authorized financial assistance to facilitate their safe return to their respective homes upon discharge.
Governor Radda extended a humanitarian gesture throughout the facility, engaging directly with patients, inquiring about their well-being and the quality of care they were receiving.
Following an encounter with a patient in critical condition, the Governor immediately directed hospital management to prioritize the case and provide him with regular updates on the patient's response to treatment.
It is however important to note that this hospital visit has become a regular feature of Governor Radda's leadership style. The Governor was accompanied by key government officials including Dr. Faisal Kaita, Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning; Hon. Abdullahi Ahmed Turaji, Principal Private Secretary to the Governor; Alhaji Kabir Bature (Sarkin Alhazai), Chairman of Pilgrims Welfare Agency; and Alhaji Mansur Ahmed, Sarkin Arewan Daura.
